When we launch paid plans, you will be responsible for keeping your account secure. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

For paid services, payment is required in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. We will process refunds according to our refund policy, which will be made available at the time of our paid launch. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.

5. Copyright and Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you might provide to the Service (this is not currently applicable but will be for future features). The trend data, reports, and analysis we provide as part of the Service are our property. You are not allowed to resell, or repurpose our Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Geolyze makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Geolyze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
